Found this radio and accessories for $30.00 shipping on QRZ. Banged on it for a while and now it works. Believe it was one of the first computer controlled radios. A DSP unit controls everything. Not a SDR radio.
As you can see there are no controls on the radio. Entire radio is software driven. It was designed during the Windows XP days but I got it to run fine on Windows 11 using an RT Systems USB to Serial converter to connect to the radio.
I have Version 2.04 of the software if you need it. email good on QRZ.
